I am former professional athlete a now a mental coach for people who are motivated to work on their mindset.
After my career in Germany, I returned home (to Slovakia) with a vision to spread knowledge about how the mind works under pressure and how it can affect performance and health.
I want to inspire people with my experience from my high-level sports and bring it to a different perspective on mental training.

CAREER AS A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE
My longest period in life I spent as a professional volleyball player in Germany, where I played in the 1.Bundesliga from the age of 18 and stayed there until 2018. After 6 years and more than 250x matches in the 1.Bundesliga, Champions League and German national team, I decided to retire at the age of 24.
This decision was influenced by a long-standing injury that has dragged with me from season to season. I began to realize the thin ice I was on and that I would not be able to continue my career.
A NEW BEGINNING
I was fascinated by the importance of the mental aspect in sports and how we can use it to increase our performance. I began to feel the need to share the knowledge and in doing so help other athletes around me.
From that point there was no turning back and I knew that this was my life's purpose. I may have sacrificed my career, but I had found something intrinsically fulfilling and that was being able to help those around me.
As an athlete, I have experienced highs, lows, wins and losses and valuable experiences that I want to share with the new generation of athletes as well as the general public.
STUDY AND EDUCATION
I completed my experience with education in organizational and health psychology with a focus on stress management.
My intention is not only benefit from my experience and studies, but to continually learn from the best people in the fields of high performance and well-being.
From people who have survived difficult life situations, who have experienced big falls and got back on their feet, and from people who can boast of great success, even if the road to it was not always easy.
THE WORK OF A MENTAL COACH
After 5 years since the founding of the Think Differently concept and the beginning of my career as a mental coach in Slovakia, I have managed to help more than 120 young athletes through various collaborations (such as with SOSV).
In addition to working with young athletes, I also work with the general public. The daily challenges of work or private life are no different from the world of sport. We live in a time where we chase quick success, often focusing only on talent and experience. But these two attributes alone don't lead us to high performance - but the way we handle pressure situations does. That's why my mission is to train people in Slovakia so that their minds are an asset and not a hindrance.
